For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund when applicable.Talie Collection is not responsible for items damaged due to misuse or improper handling. 

Order Cancellation: Order may be canceled or changed only before they have been processed.Once n order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
